stay (faraway, so close!)

vivid as if it occurred:
scars ripped from flesh,
bruises staining my skin

almost as if i want it
almost as if i deserve it

beautiful caresses feel fake
when the aching pain kept me alive

sadly, i'd stay if it were that way
i never thought i'd become...

and i haven't,
but i would

to feel like i exist
in those eyes

i was suppose to have that future
the imperfect perfection
now i'm homeless,
aimless,
dying to become a victim again
